The Governor of the Bank of Mongolia meets with the Deputy Managing Director of the IMF

The Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank are taking place in Washington, D.C., from October 21 to 26, 2024. The Governor of the Bank of Mongolia, Lkhagvasuren Byadran, is attending the meetings along with other officials. 
During the event, Governor Lkhagvasuren met with Mr. Kenji Okamura, Deputy Managing Director of the IMF, to discuss Mongolia's current economic conditions and the development of prudent financial oversight. 

This year's Annual Meetings gather Central bank governors, finance ministers, business leaders, members of parliament, and representatives from civil society to address the global economic and financial landscape.
